Sitges property has been largely developed over the last couple of decades.

With Mas Alba being the nearest area under development.
It sits behind Sitges. On the east side of town, behind Aiguadolc with it’s Marina/Port.

Closer is Urnbanisation LLevantina, behind the Eastern end of Sitges.
Where a few plots remain with more on the upper banks/elevations.

With Quintmar, an Urnbanisation behind that, with similar 84% occupation.

Further out below Olivella (the natural park) to the rear of Sitges are various semi rural Urnbanisations. Such as, Can Lloses. Mas Mestre & Mas Mila, Can Pere de la Plana to the East, Vora Sitges, California & Canyelles to the West.

All with available plots for sale, some more than others.
